Tony Prudente joined Brother International Corporation as an Intern in 2014 whilst pursuing his bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management. The internship eventually evolved into a full-time role focused on internal and external talent engagement.
Prudente pioneered the concepts of employer & talent branding and recruitment marketing at Brother, evolving the organization from not having a careers website, to an award-winning EVP and employer brand that is delivering measurable results and ROI.
