Mark Diller is the Senior Employer Brand Manager at T-Mobile. He’s responsible for publishing hundreds of pieces of content per month across Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to attract and engage talent. Mark continually strives to understand T-Mobile’s employee audience and looks for ways to more precisely measure what engages them, where and when. He’s a big believer in experimenting with new content types as well as activating internal influencers to help them develop their own audiences.
