Biography

Chris is the Vice President of Talent and Organizational Effectiveness at PointClickCare, a North American Candidate Experience Award Winner and #2 in the 2019 Candidate Experience rankings. In his role, Chris leads the adoption of next generation recruitment strategies, with a focus on employer branding, talent planning, and internal mobility.

Chris is also involved in the tech ecosystem as a growth coach and mentor to emerging startups looking to accelerate their talent programs. In his new blog launching in January, Whiteboard Talent, Chris will be sharing his insights and ideas to transform the recruitment industry for both hiring leaders and candidates. While in the flow of work/life integration, he can be found cheering on all Toronto sports teams and reading everything from Marcus Buckingham, Arianna Huffington, and Seth Godin.
