Offering 15+ years of experience developing DEI/ESG programs, employer branding, and global marketing campaigns to drive increased awareness and engagement, Bethany believes that empowering a diverse workforce leads to thriving companies.

Bethany currently resides in Georgetown, Texas with her husband and 3 fur-babies. When she’s not working, you’ll find her spending quality time with her family, traveling, and nose deep in home design books.
