Ashley Waxman is the Head of Global Employer Brand & Organic Social Media at Asana, a leading work management platform that helps teams orchestrate all of their work so they can achieve their biggest goals together. At Asana, she leads a team that builds and grows Asana’s brand through unlocking powerful, human stories and amplifying the company’s mission, culture, and talented teams. With a deep background in marketing and communications, Ashley believes in applying tried-and-true marketing strategies and tactics to the world of talent attraction and engagement. Prior to Asana, Ashley built the employer brand function from the ground up at MuleSoft, seeing the company through its IPO and acquisition by Salesforce. She holds Bachelor’s Degrees from UCLA in Mass Communication Studies and French, and a Master’s Degree from Boston University in Mass Communication Studies.
